[GAMEPLAY] Potentially unwanted Katarina Dagger Conqueror interaction

When Katarina hits multiple targets with her dagger passive, she gets 2 stacks of Conqueror per damaged champion. For example, in the practice tool jumping to a dagger near 4 dummies gave 8 stacks of conqueror in total. This is opposed to similiar AoE abilities such as Renekton Q which only gives a maximum of 2 stacks per ability cast.

How to reproduce

Simply cast bouncing blades on a minion wave, then place 4 dummies near the dagger. Jump to the dagger, and Katarina will gain 2 stacks of conqueror per dummy hit. This occurs regardless of whether you shunpo or walk on top of the dagger.
