Screen Glitch

So I've been in a few draft picks today (1/14/16) and sometimes my screen won't load properly. My screen has done this like when you pick you spells the screen becomes blurred but you can see people picking champs and talking but you cant do anything and the only way to fix it from what I've seen is to relaunch the client.

please respond with a solution for this problem someone because penalty for a bug is not cool.
