Trying to reinstall league into my new laptop but there's a problem.

I got a new laptop and all that but when i download league, it will usually stay at 0% or would get to 15% and say that it's on 0 kbp/s. Please i really miss playing and i was wondering if this is a bug or there's another way around this.

Literally just let it sit. You are probably thinking "But I HAVE" but you need to let it sit overnight or for a good few hours. Dunno why, but it worked for me when I had this problem.
