I can't do anything in game

So I got into a game and apparently nothing I do worked. I'm on a laptop so there shouldn't be any issues with connecting my keyboard or mouse. It wont let me click on anything or tab or use a key to go into something. If I get banned for something this ridiculous, I'm not gonna be to blame and you know it. If I cant do anything in this game because of a bug you guys missed, then youre to blame for not fixing the spaghetti code.
