Sivir spellshielding a spell = no assist

I'm not sure if that's a bug or if it's intentional. Since you didn't damage her or buff an allied champion who was otherwise involved, there wouldn't be an assist. But there probably should be, considering you popping her spell shield meant that she couldn't use that same spell shield to block a spell that damaged/killed her after.
