Banshess veil bugged?

as it says

UNIQUE: Grants a Spell Shield spell shield that blocks the next enemy ability. This shield refreshes after no damage is taken from enemy champions for 40 seconds.

"Now block only the first ability that hits, rather than every ability that hits at the same time the shield is broken."

i was playing morg and Banshess was not being procted when enemy mid laner went over W (her pool)
