cant start a game

Súpport God··1 votes·284 views

whenever I get into a queue in order to start a game I automatically decline without even touching any keys on my keyboard and thus I got banned! I understand there are some technical issues at riot, but this is not my problem and I will not tolerate getting banned for no reason! please fix this problem and remove my ban!
