Main support here, my favorite item is not working when attempting to cast it on a sleeping target and it affects the gameplay a lot

Try casting it before the sleep part even gets to trigger and see if it works.

The same issue might be with QSS (not sure though). I think if you QSS Being Drowsy it has no affect(think thats the right spelling effect/affect).

I have a feeling that the Mikael's bug will be fixed by the next patch. Pretty sure other people have posted about this
