[Gameplay] MOUSE SENSITIVITY CHANGES FASTER EVERY GAME

My in game sens changes every single game I play. I play with the normal sens you get when you first play league of legends. But now, specifically after the 5.15 update, my mouse sens has been quite faster every single game. It feels like I have mouse acceleration on.

In game. when I press Y to lock my camera, then press Y again to unlock it, my sensitivity changes to normal for about 10 seconds.

When I click my minimap to scout other lanes and then return to my champion with spacebar, it goes SIGNIFICANTLY FASTER. I play unlocked camera mode.

I HAVE TRIED

• Changing sensitivity from ingame settings
• Uninstalling LoL/ Reinstalling LoL
• Restarting my computer
• Searching forums from 2012 for fixes, just to cry about people screenshotting pictures of Riot not helping them

SETTINGS

• 6/11 speed
• Mouse Accel OFF
• DPI 1000

For my mouse, I have a Razer Deathadder. I have realized that after playing my game, my mouse cursor outside of LoL feels like it has mouse acceleration too. Also, my desktop background suddenly turns complete black a couple hours after playing league. It returns to normal when I restart my PC. Im not sure if this has anything to do with the mouse bug or not
