Gangplank Shop bug

It just happened to me, that once you buy an Ult upgrade, the undo button stops working. For instance, if i buy a wrong item like a double statikks and then buy an ultimate upgrade, then i won't be able to undo it anymore since the shop sees the upgrade as an item and you cant undo his ult upgrade (duh)
