Caitlyn's ult can follow a recall and kill you.

Sweety, I don't know why you're reporting this as a bug. It's fully intentional.

There are lots of champion abilities that will follow you to base if you recall and it hits you at just the right time. It's extremely rare, though. The timing has to be perfect. Cait's might be one of the easier ones to do it with, though, because of the larger time window as the projectile travels to the target at long range.

You should see the fun things you can or used to be able to do with Maokai if you timed stuff just right. Back before Riot nerfed jungle Maokai multiple times in a row, he was one of my favorite junglers. It's ridiculous how many times I rode somebody's flash over a wall with them. But my favorite was timing it just right on an ulting Shen and taking a ride across the map. I think they may have fixed that by now though.
