Fiddlesticks laugh not working!

I noticed this one as well, was wondering why it's not working.

Please fix this issue immediately! Fiddlestick's laugh is a crucial element to his success as a champion!

I've made my own thread about this, commented on another, and submitted a ticket to Riot. No answer. This has been broken in the game for over 3 patches now, and i've been trying to get an answer why for weeks. Tested on multiple accounts/pc's, the laugh just doesn't work anymore, and its only for

Its BACK!!! its 9.3 and rito has blessed us with this bois Laugh (I was legit doing somersaults when i logged into practice tool, to check and see if its back. like I did every patch.)

Its patch 9.1 and still no laughing stick boi. Please riot hear this cry for help.[zombie-nunu-tears]
