Visual lag Bug

ok so ill randomly be playing or just from start i will get a bug that is so odd and unfixable as far as i know

the bug Visual lag, not literal lagg but visual my ping will be perfect 70-80ms but my screen will only update visuals 1 second out of 4 Literaly i will click and 3 seconds later i will see where i moved to or where anything moved to so its not ping lagg i'm 1000000000% sure its not internet lagg but something to do with the new patch because it didn't start till after the new patch and i cannot play with that kind of bug its literaly impossible to have any fun and 3 times as hard to win let alone play ive won several times but for the most part i lose when i get the bug due to it instantly becoming 4v5 me the guy not playing due to clicking and walking to my death i'm so sick of this please do something now or i will never play this game again and will tell every1 this game is a buggy piece of garbage waste of time for it will be the truth and not some angry comment if i wanted buggy piece of shit game play i would go play all the other moba's i play this game because it is SUPPOSED to be balanced and buggless and yet here and there i get bugs please Ive tried all video settings Ive tried restarting game client pc router modem ive tried everything so it must be you guys side and not me thanks in advance. i will have to wait to submit the video proof once i get my new hard drive due to this one being nearly full so until then i cannot give video proof i know that other people are experiencing this bug they have stated so when i described the bug in great detail
