Can't click stuff in client

Sometimes my client will randomly bug out and I can't click on any buttons other than chats and the buttons in the top right.

If it happens when I'm in a game lobby, i can't change runes/sums/skins etc.

Just got into a game and this happened, thank god I already had the right rune page but couldn't change sums...

EDIT Just got into another lobby, and the rune window wouldn't open, just its border. Seems like this rune update created a lot of bugs in the client that can ruin an entire game from champselect, and need to be fixed ASAP. I shouldn't have to dodge games just to spare myself and my teammates from a problem that isn't the fault of any of us.
