[Gameplay] Stuck in between minions

Hello, I was just in a ranked game as a Taric Support, and about 38 minutes into my game i was basic attack a wave of super minions when they boxed me in and i couldn't move. I had moved my screen elsewhere, so i didn't see exactly what happened, but i know that i was trying to move to another lane and just couldn't move at all, they swarmed around me. The only reason i was unstuck was because the enemy VI came and pushed me out of all the minions with her abilities.

I'm not sure this is a "bug" exactly, but I can't imagine this is intended, and I didn't know where else to report it. Thanks in advance.
