[Gameplay] UI goes haywire in game. Does not show information.

I had just played a game with a new starting level 6 friend (I am level 30 if that is relevant), and had gotten into game when I noticed that the UI was haywire. The health bar was black, and therefore showed no change in my health other than the numbers. When I tab, the dragon timers, baron timers, etc were all numbers floating in space, the portrait of my character in the bottom right was a black and it said my level was 0 consistently. I cannot recall any other UI errors though there very well could have been. I do not know how to reproduce this bug, and so far as I remember this is the first time I've ever encountered this bug. I have not joined another game to see if it happens again, sadly. My screen cap failed
