Varus Q, Katarina Ult, Channeled abilities bug?

Casting certain abilities bugs out in game. My first game as katarina I was unable to cast my q or r. Second game my q went out as varus and I was unable to fix it. I attempted to change q cast to a and that did not work. As katarina my q and r came back after death but q never came back as varus. In the video I linked you can see this towards the end of the game -sorry for the frustration and language :( -

All channels at this point in time have the opportunity to bug. (self cancel, become not castable, show skill is available when it is in fact on CD)

It's annoying as hell and unfortunately a bug I expect we will live with forever. I experience this frequently on malzahar where my ultimate self cancels as soon as it starts. I've experienced this for years, so my hope for this ever getting fixed is relatively low. It's just a risk we take playing the champions we love. item 3070
