[Co-op][SR]Minions and champ bots randomly get stuck in terrain

I noticed earlier that Bots occasionally seem to freeze in one spot for no reason. Then the minions started doing it too. A siege minion just stopped in its tracks and stood there wiggling from time to time.

I've seen this too. Miss Fortune Bot randomly got stuck in a bush earlier and didn't move until I placed a ward there, which made her attack it and go back to normal.
