PLEASE HELP: Unable to connect to pvp.net servers.

I keep getting a connection error message "Unable to connect to the PVP.net server." not allowing me to log in to either my EUW or EUNE profile.

I have tried every solution recommended on past posts on here and on the LOL forum regarding this issue, and none of them have worked as of yet.

I have gotten to the point were I even reinstalled the game. (which took so long)

this has been an issue for over a week now.

Can someone please offer any new suggestions to this issue?
