No longer own Lissandra

I got Lissandra with champion shards. I spent 5100 IP, rolled, and unlocked her. To my surprise, I attempted to play her today, but she didn't appear when I searched for her. I looked for her in my "Champions Page" and she was no longer there. I looked in the store, and bam, a 6300 IP Lissandra stood ready to buy.
