Champion Issue: Miss Fortune + Love Tap

There is a bug with Miss Fortune where she can fully fire a Love Tap shot, but cancel it if she inputs a move command at the instant before it hits.

As in, the shot is fired but will deal no damage. I am not sure how many skins are affected but I can confirm this happens on at least Arcade Miss Fortune.

This has been happening on other champs. Or, at the very least, also Annie. I've repeatedly done zero damage to minions and even wards even though the auto attack clearly landed. IDK what happened but it needs fixed.
