500 Ping Attempting to Reconnect. Unable to connect to loading screen.

Hi, I just have experienced a problem with my connection to the league servers. I first disconnected from a game while it attempted to reconnect at 500 ping. It stayed like this for perhaps 10 minutes before I decided to exit and reconnect. However, when I attempted to reconnect, it stops before the loading page with the Failed to Connect notification. After 5 minutes of trying to reconnect, I gave up and decided to try another account (I already tested everything pertaining to my internet and the results were fine. I can search the web, stream, etc.) I was able to log into the second account just fine and entered a matchmaking game. However, I was yet again stopped. This time, while loading into the game. It disconnected and prompted me to reconnect back. However, it was to no avail as I sit here writing this notice. I don't know whether it is my computer, internet, or the League servers that is causing this problem and I applaud the people who fully read through this thread. Someone with experience, please fix this.
