Keyboard bug

I can't perform my abilities or spells using the keyboard at all at times. It will be completely unresponsive, so I have to close the client. Now I'm getting punished because I was forced to close my client to fix my problem. There has to be some reason why this bug is affecting my gameplay.

Agreed keeps happening to me too, and it is 100% the client as keyboard works fine for chat and out of game.
