Weird Pantheon bug

Anywhere I click on the map sends pantheon to the opposing team's base. No matter where I click he goes straight down mid lane. The only way I can stop him from moving is recalling but if I try to move anywhere goes walking down mid lane.

It's happened to me with Sejuani once, and i saw someone else had the same problem with Veigar. No idea why it happend, i just restarted the game and i was able to walk around normally.
