Atma's & Blackfire Torch Fix?

So, any ETA on when you're going to completely remove Atma's and Blackfire Torch on Treeline? It's getting kinda old getting killed in under 2 seconds (literally) because bots are still able to purchase these items. Either take them out or put them back in. Sorry, this is the 3rd time I'm asking this on the bug board.
