[gameplay] camera issues

there has been a bug going around for a while and no info on if it's gonna ever be fixed but... there are times after tapping on spacebar to recenter on your champion that it perma locks your camera. this issue sometimes lasts until you die or until you relog and it's really difficult to deal with when it happens while trying to plan a gank and stuff. main thing is though the camera locks and there is no way to get it to unlock. This being that the camera unlock key was tested, spacebar was tested, and the little icon was also pressed but none of them can unlock the camera.
