Don't know what happened, but i got a random 15 minute queue ban.

Got matched into a Legend of the Poro King game, declared champs, banned champs, locked in champs, then counted down to the game load. Normal until instead of the champion loading screen i got sent back to queue with a 15 minute queue ban. I sat here waiting for it to load. During the countdown i took a drink of water and pet my cat. I don't know what happened, but obviously something broke. Why would the client do this? How do i get this removed from my account? How can i prove i didn't dodge? There must be a log file or something somewhere?
