[CLIENT] RADS/HTTP Error on ALL computers

Since Friday, January 9, 2015, every time one of us starts the regular League client, we all have been getting this RADS error. All of our computers have been receiving this error as well as all my kids' friends' computers. Two of my son's friends say they've been having this error since before then, which i believe, but i can only be responsible for my own network. This error even happens when my son and i try to run the PBE client. We figured this would be like the last time this error popped up, so we waited a couple days. Still getting the error. My internet service provider says this RADS error is not on my end, nor is it because of their service. My ISP is Windstream. I wanted to go to the support page to possibly file a ticket. Can't do that either. We are paying customers. While i have maybe spent $100 on League, my son and two of his friends have literally spent over $1500 in the last year. There are too many computers for me to go through and change the DNS on since it didn't fix League on my computer. Also, i'm not about to give a bunch of teens administrator privileges to run League, especially when my own administrator privileges make no difference. I would like to try the reinstall suggestion, except the download page isn't working either....

Riot, fix it. Don't give me the "power cycle the modem/router..." response. We've tried everything possible plus some "solutions" from Google searches, including being on the phone with our ISP for over an hour. Just fix it.

These kids work hard for their money and League is what it is most spent on. Thank you for your time.

EDIT: I fixed this error. While i couldn't get the DNS suggestion to work on a singular computer, it did work when i added the 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 to my router's DNS static addresses. By doing so i fixed the RADS error with all computers connecting through our network. Riot Games should note though, i view this as a temporary fix and as soon as my internet service provider has a problem with it, i will more than willingly throw Riot Games under the proverbial bus. This needs to be fixed by Riot, not the end users. Thank you again for your time.

EDIT 1.16.15 : This is the DNS "fix" as i understand it.

Control Panel -> Network and Sharing Center -> Change adapter settings -> click on your connection -> Properties (Admin) -> Click "Internet Protocol Version 4" -> Click Properties -> change to "Use the following DNS server addresses" and enter 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.

You can also set your router's/modem's static DNS to the 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, IF you have multiple computers and are able to change your router/modem settings.
