missing game in match history

one of my matches i played earlier today is completely missing from my match history, the game was a win and did count as a win towards my promotion series, but when i checked my match history it wasnt there. i decided to wait a while, see if it was just taking some time to come up, but it still wasnt there several hours later. i played a quick aram to see if playing another match would make it come up, but instead the aram match came up and the other match stayed missing from my match history. is there any chance of that match coming up at all in my match history or is it lost forever?
