Various minibugs

Sooooo, after 7.5 i've noticed a lot of minibugs and i'd like to expose a few

Sion's full casting Q will root him for half second

Miss Fortune's Q damage is displayed erroneously and the description ingame is not updated

Warlord's Bloodlust still displays its old effect in the description

When cliking the Edit Masteries button in champ select it will always open the 1st page regardless of what page was selected and use that for the game if you don't switch pages trough the edit masteries page
