Karthus doesn't have voice files anymore in 3 vs 3 and 5 vs 5 ( didn't test dominion )

Yeah, this has been going on since the start of 6.2, and while it looks like it's been reported a ton of times and even got a Riot response in a few of the threads, it was still in the process of, "We're looking into it". No development since then, sadly, and the last patch update didn't address it.
