All I get upon logging in is a blank dialogue box that can't be dismissed

I haven't played since URF was disabled, so I thought I'd log in and see what's up.

Apparently the answer is "nothing"?

I honestly wanted to play the game today, but so far I haven't been able to find anyone with the same or similar issues. Is there something I'm supposed to do here?

Clicking the arrow at the bottom of the box does nothing.
