[CLIENT/UI] Post Game Victory Screen Not Shown When Observing

Description: The "Victory" user interface with the "Continue" button is not shown at the end of a randomly chosen live observation game (selected from the lower right of the log in window). The game just freezes at the end with no indication of what is going on. In addition, the "Victory" user interface with the "Continue" button does show up if you rewind the action and replay the game to the end.

What Should Happen: Ideally, the end of game playback event (in both live or replay mode) should result in a user interface that gives the choice between continuing to the post-game lobby or staying in order to rewatch the game.

To Reproduce: Select a random game to observe by using the option in the lower right of the log in screen. Stay in live mode and wait until the game ends. The game will freeze at the end of play.
