[CLIENT] Post game lobby does not show when game increases the summoner (account) level.

Reproducibility: Est. 50%

To reproduce:

1. Get a summoner account to within one game of leveling up.
2. Play a "Players vs. Bots" game to level up. I used the "Introduction" level bot games.
3. Win the game and gain a summoner (account) level.

Expected result: Player returns to the front end in the post game summary mode.

Actual result: Player returns to the front end in the home screen mode. Post game statistics are not shown.
