[GAMEPLAY] Katarina Shunpo Delay After Using the Battle Academia Skin

When trying to shunpo onto a dagger or target, your shunpo won't go off for a few hundred milliseconds. I haven't seen it or been able to pay enough attention to find similarities between the events. I only started realizing this after using the battle academia skin.
