Talon Long Existing Bug - NEED FIX ASAP

HUGE BUG: Rake + Flash, doesn't work as intended, ruining the experience for many Talon mains/players. Recreation of the bug, Choose Talon, take flash, and level up W=Rake. Once out of Fountain, choose a direction to use Rake, and immediately after activating rake, flash in the opposite direction you chose for rake. Rake will instead rake toward the direction you flashed, rather than the direction you initially chose to rake in. An example situation where this bug may occur. Your running from an enemy champion and you wish to rake at the enemy to slow them down, and Flash away from the enemy to gain some extra distance. So you aim your rake at the enemy, then quickly flash away in the direction away from your enemy so that they the enemy cannot take advantage of the slight moment of immobility that using rake gives Talon. But instead your rake hits absolutely nothing, because Talon changed the direction hes facing by using flash, and Rake went along with the same direction even though you activated Rake before you activated flash.

This shouldn't occur, image Thresh Flash hooks. If thresh winds up for a hook, and flashes in the opposite direction, he doesn't throw a hook in the opposite direction he initially threw the hook at.

All in all easy bug to replicate, but hugely annoying. Keeps Talon players from escaping and/or securing a kill.
