Got lolipoppy emote from chest but

I got lolipoppy emote from a hextech chest after getting an S on aram and the emote is nowhere to be found. It's not in my crafting section where i can upgrade to terminate and it's not in my emote tab. I don't exactly need that specific emote or anything, but I would at least like the box to be replaced :/
