Black Screen on Champ Select

Okay.. this is getting frustrating this is the 5th time today I am getting a black screen at the time of champ select and banning in Ranked. I can't see anything at all its just black. Oh and not only that, I have to relaunch the client for the game to work again and guess what? I get a penalty and -LP for it. Jesus. I have tried almost everything to get rid of this. Reinstalled, cleaned junk files etc. I don't think there's a problem on my side because my PC pretty much meets every requirement this game needs. I am literally getting penalized for a problem which is not even mine! Please fix this.
