No Audio Taunts/Jokes/Laughs

This bug has existed since December/November 2018. Is Riot ever gonna fix this? Some of the champs/skins play no audio when their taunts/laugh/jokes are used. For Ex: Kayn (Shadow Assassin and Normal) his laugh doesn't seem to play any audio, Udyr's(Not Spirit Guardian) taunt and Laugh etc. I feel like Riot is ignoring this since there were so many threads about it but now I guess people are used to it, but I am still kinda bothered by it.
