I believe Runeglaive + Gragas W is broken, allows him to hit 1k on inhibs and 1.5k on baron

I noticed during this game. Those numbers are when I was full build.

To my knowledge, no one is/should be capable of hitting an inhib for 1k and baron for 1.5k

I believe it could be a bug with how Runeglaive works with his W, perhaps allowing the % damage on Structures and Baron to full effect
