Could not cast Lux's E the whole game.

It was ranked against Zed at Mid.

1. When I did he first E cast, the ball flied to the destination and disappeared without any sound or effect. It just vanished.
2. After that, the E button had been darkened. (not grayed, but darker color.)

The following attempts did not solve the problem:

1. Re-connection
2. Re-binding, changing, quick casting E.
3. Spamming E button.

My guess of the cause: I spammed E button for the second cast, it might have bugged it.

Please fix this bug. After looking for solution, I found that this bug has been around for months. I believe this bug was generated by the buff to Lux E that it could then be cast instantly after first cast. As a Lux main, this is a more broken bug than Xerath's R bug recently. It reduces Lux's damage by a third and removes her slow.

Riot please do something as soon as possible. I believe this is serious enough to get Lux disabled.
