[Client-Shop] RP Purchasing

Today I went purchase a $25 visa gift card with hopes of buying some rp. But, when i got on, I used the visa card code to buy myself a $20 and $5 worth of rp. Then, to my dismay, the rp didn't show up for both purchases. Immediately after it says "rp purchasing is disabled". I didn't get my rp, and I lost $25. Help me riot.
