Unfair Permanent Ban

Hello, I'm a player that's recently been permabanned. I feel as though the permanent ban was unfair. Granted, I've had a couple of run ins with riot games, but this one plain unfair. I have tried to dial down what I say. I have said the n word a couple of times previously. But for this permanent ban, I did not swear ONCE, although i did say "you suck" and "you're useless" a couple of times. The ashe was extremely boastful, and I dislike those who are like that. This was all based off one game.

Context: The ashe in my game is boastful, bragging, and looking down on us, despite the rest having our team having way better K/D/A s. She bought Two Rapid Firecannons and said that they "doubled" her range. Even though she is level around 50, she has gone on a winstreak, her op.gg is above. After the game, I got immediately permabanned.

Just because you didn’t “swear” doesn’t mean those chat logs aren’t bannable. Plus, you even said that you had said the n-word in the past, which is completely unacceptable.

Besides, to have gotten a permanent ban, you would have had to have gotten a 14-day ban, which specifically told you that you were on thin ice. Yet, you continued to flame your teammates, calling them stupid, flaming them, and overall just being toxic to them.

Normally, these chat logs most likely wouldn’t have gotten a ban. But, you were warned after the 14-day ban that you were on thin ice.

Why? Is saying this kind of thing going to help you win more games? Magically going to make people become challenger and win your games for you? You've already been punished for being a racist jerk in chat, so you took away the racism and decided to just be a jerk after being punished multiple times.

In case this hasn't sunk in yet, here it is in plain text - The 'context' doesn't matter. It doesn't matter what anyone said, did, didn't do, thought about doing, or cared about doing. You are responsible for putting your own fingers to the keyboard and getting punished.

You called people garbage, you were negative. You engaged in a war of words with someone you deemed to be toxic, you rank-shamed, you KDA-shamed. You have been occupied with attacking ashe in like 20 chat lines.

And before you reply, What ashe said is totally irrelevant according to Riot so don't bother with that. Also, since you already received a 14-day ban you were warned that any misstep would result in a permanent suspension of your account.

So, to summarize, totally justified ban. (we are talking with Riot's system as a guide)

Actually, you did deserve it, because you were quite rude to your entire team who was probably trying to play a normal game. You probably know yourself by reading it. Not everyone is a jerk out to get you, but if you're feeling like the victim of every match, then chances are... it's you. And you don't understand that your feelings aren't the only feelings in that match.

This is pretty bad you can t expect not to be baned if ur not saying bad words you are arguing with them whole game instead of muting them and playing the game If you think that they feed just report them post game and hope for the best with this you r just losing ur time and money :)

You were warned about your negative behavior in the past, and your 14-day ban reform card stated that next offence would lead to a permaban, and you chose to ignore that warning. You constantly complained in chat, report called and insulted other players.

I keep seeing these ‘I got banned’ threads. First of all, if you got banned then it is for the right reason. don’t go complaining on the boards because nobody cares about your ban. Send a ticket and let Riot decide. I laugh out loud when someone posts their chat logs and I see the words ‘stfu,’ ‘reported,’ ‘idiot,’ ‘trash,’ ‘cancer,’ and other negative words and they still complain about their ban. Also, this isn’t a toxic complaining about toxic. I’ve had hundreds of games on my main and have never gotten a chat restriction because I have self control and maturity.

Just a thanks to Riot for keeping these fools out of my games. I still come across these kids every game or so, but it is definitely improving.
