Champion Purchase

Hey all. Recently, in both patches 6.2 and 6.3, champion purchase has been unavailable. Right in the beginning of 6.2 and 6.3, you could buy any champion you'd like to have (with enough RP and IP, of course). However, now, when you try to access the shop to purchase any champion, appears the "Crash" background (the one with in it). Therefore, it is now impossible to acquire any champion at all. Hope you can fix that. Thanks!
