BUG: [GAMEPLAY] Undo'ing in store post-death

Recently I have been confronted with a buff that affects gameplay quite a lot, regarding items that can't be refunded after purchase, even when you are dead, or haven't yet left the store.

1. Enter a custom game.
2. Pick any champion and one bot vs yourself.
3. Let the bot kill you.
4. Purchase an item while dead. You will notice that you cannot "undo" the item purchase, being forced to sell it, receiving less gold.

I do not know if this happens all the time, or just under certain circumstances.
