Viktor Ult doesnt hook onto champions automatically as it was before his update.
I've mained Viktor since his release, and there is a huge difference in his ult mechanics from pre-update to post-update.
When 
was released, his ult wasn't just used as a burst AOE, it did sick AOE damage over time because when you placed his ult, it would automatically lock-on to the champion closest to the center.
While it still does AOE damage over time as well as burst, it NO LONGER AUTOMATICALLY LOCKS ON TO THE CHAMPION THAT GETS HIT BY IT. In the heat of battle, it is very difficult to maneuver through skillshots and land lasers and power transfers while also having to command your ultimate.

- Play Viktor
- Ult on someone's head
I'm pretty sure that this isn't a bug in the spaghetti but instead was just an oversight by the coders of the rework. Please fix Viktor and make his ult lock on to the closest enemy champion hit by his ult again. This change would be a HUGE quality of life increase for Viktor players, especially with his new augments increasing his ult's movement speed.
