[CLIENT] Buying Runes
So I was going trigger happy at the store just buying as many Runes as I could, but suddenly I got this message:
This happens when I try to buy any of the remaining Runes.
PS. When you move to Runes Reforged Can I trade all of my old Runes for a Tristana Summoner Icon? I don't even want my IP back, I just want this 
as a Summoner Icon
