[GAMEPLAY] Nautilis Dredge Line on to terrain is invisible

While playing Nautilus, every Dredge Line that hits terrain causes his anchor to become invisible. This doesn't happen when hooking on to other players.

Thorough instructions:

1. Use Dredge Line on terrain

If instructions are followed correctly, the cooldown should be reduced and Nautilus's anchor will be invisible.
