[CRASH] Victory/Defeat Nexus Destruction Game Freeze

At he end of a match, as the victory or defeat banner is about to appear, pressing enter to bring up the chat window will crash the game instance and cause the game to freeze and requires the use of task manager to end the task.

This problem occurs when I attempt to type 'gg' at the end of a match to late, and press enter around the time the banner is appearing, this occurs in Summoners Rift both with, and without, the banner animations and also occurs at the Howling Abyss in the same circumstances, although I most likely haven't encountered this problem in Twisted Treeline or Crystal Scar, that may just be as I haven't played there as often. It also appears to happen regardless of champion or items.

I'm assuming that this crash occurs if the chat window is opening as the frame before/as the banner appears causes a clash as the game is removing the chat window as it tries to open, although this is hard to time and makes checking the bug difficult and makes it hard to tell if it happens 100% of the time.
