[Game] Health packs sometimes show up on the mini-map eventhough they are not there in ARAM

I notice this sometimes when its still early in the match, the green health packs will show up on the mini-map but there is nothing there. Doesn't matter if you have clear vision of the spots or not, walking over the empty spots has no effect either.
